Cookin and Bakin and Succulents?

So i am loving succulent plants lately with the baby and kid i so not have time to water my plants at all these days! When it came to giving the teacher a gift, i immediately thought of succulents and went to to Wonderbucks to grab a couple of cute planters. Of course i got one for myself as well!
( the one right below is mine and the picture of the two are the teacher's plants.

Tried a really great recipe too this week! I got a bunch of sandwich wraps leftover that were going to go bad if i didn't use them and looked up this recipe for Tortilla Pie. Yum!

This is my Popo's Recipe for Eggtart Pie!

Super easy and fast!
oh and pretty tasty tooo!

Ingredients

5 Eggs
3 Cups Milk
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tenderflake Pie crusts
( This is for original style. DO NOT buy the Deep Dish or you will not get it cooked right!)

This Recipe is enough to fill two pies. I find these do not last long as is!

Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.
Mix all ingredients in Kitchenaid mixer or in a bowl.
Put Shells in oven and pour mixture in.
Be carfeful not to spill when you do this!
Bake for 30 min or until crust looks baked.
Take to cool and mixture will firm up.

Eat!
